◾কোন কারণবশত অর্ডার ক্যানসেল করতে চাইলে:- অর্ডার করার  ৩ঘন্টার মধ্যে আমাদের ফেইসবুক পেইজ অথবা 01717-508996 Whatsapp এ মেসেজ করে জানাতে হবে। 

◾ অর্ডারকৃত প্রোডাক্ট হাতে পাওয়ার পর অবশ্যই খুলে চেক করে নিবেন। প্রডাক্ট হাতে পাওয়ার পর- সবকিছু ঠিক থাকার পরও প্রডাক্ট রিটার্ন করতে ডেলিভারি ম্যান এর কাছে- ফেরত দিতে পারবেন।

◾অনিবার্য কারণবশত কোন প্রোডাক্ট অর্ডারকৃত স্টক শেষ হয়েগেলে / স্টক আসতে সময় লাগলে ক্রেতাকে মোবাইলে কল করে জানিয়ে দেওয়া হবে।  ক্রেতা চাইলে সাথে সাথে অর্ডার ক্যানসেল করে:- ২৪ ঘন্টার মধ্যে ডেলিভারি চার্জ রিটার্ন করা হবে / প্রসেসিং এ রাখতে পারেন- এ ক্ষেত্রে অর্ডারকৃত প্রোডাক্ট টি স্টক আসলে ডেলিভারি করা হবে ।

প্রডাক্ট রিসিভ করে বাসায় নিয়ে যাওয়ার পর কোন কারণে রিটার্ন করতে চাইলে – ক্রেতা নিজ খরচে আমাদের ঠিকানায় প্রডাক্ট টি কুরিয়ার করে পাঠাতে হবে। আমাদের প্রতিনিধি প্রডাক্ট বুঝে পাওয়ার ৬ ঘন্টার মর্ধ্যে প্রডাক্ট এর পরিশোধিত মূল্য (ডেলিভারি চার্জ ব্যাতিত) আপনার বিকাশ নাম্বার এ রিফান্ড  করা হবে।

◾ If you want to cancel the order for any reason:- Within 3 hours of placing the order, you must send a message on our Facebook page or 01717-508996 Whatsapp.
◾ After receiving the ordered product, open it and check it. After receiving the product - even if everything is fine - you can return the product to the delivery man to return it.
◾ Due to unavoidable reasons, if a product ordered is out of stock / the stock takes time to arrive, the buyer will be informed by calling the mobile phone. If the buyer wants to cancel the order immediately:- The delivery charge will be returned within 24 hours / can be kept in processing- In this case, the stock of the ordered product will actually be delivered


If for any reason you want to return the product after receiving it at home - the product must be sent by courier to our address at the buyer's own expense. The paid price of the product (excluding delivery charges) will be refunded to your BKash number within 6 hours of our representative receiving the product.
