After receiving the ordered product, open it and check it. Any type of mistake: - product torn / size mistake / color mistake - etc. If there is a problem: - take a picture on our Facebook page or send a message to 01717-508996 WhatsApp and return the product to the delivery man. If your complaint is true, your product will be replaced at our expense.
If you want to return the product after everything is in order, the delivery charge will be considered non-refundable.
অর্ডারকৃত প্রোডাক্ট হাতে পাওয়ার পর অবশ্যই খুলে চেক করে নিবেন। কোন প্রকার মিস্টেক:- প্রোডাক্ট এ ছেড়া / সাইজ মিসেটক / কালার মিসেটক - ইত্যাদি সমস্যা হলে:- ছবি তুলে আমাদের ফেইসবুক পেইজ অথবা 01717-508996 Whatsapp এ মেসেজ করে জানিয়ে প্রডাক্টটি ডেলিভারি ম্যানের কাছে রিটার্ন করে দিন। আপনার অভিযোগ সত্য হলে আমাদের নিজ খরচে আপনার প্রডাক্ট পরিবর্তন করে দেওয়া হবে।
সবকিছু ঠিক থাকার পরও প্রডাক্ট রিটার্ন করতে চাইলে ডেলিভারি চার্জ অফেরতযোগ্য বলে গণ্য করা হবে।

◾ Dhaka Sub Area: Delivery Charge: 100 Tk (Ashulia, Dhamrai, Dohar, Hemayetpur, Keraniganj, Nawabganj Savar)
◾ Outside Dhaka (All over Bangladesh): Delivery charge: 130 Tk
Only Delivery Charge Advance - Bkash Merchant can pay the order at the time of ordering. Delivery charges will remain the same on any modified product order of more than one.
